Rabiga Dyussembayeva's Biography

Rabiga Dyussembayeva, born in 1987 in Almaty, Republic of Kazakhstan. Started to play music at the Special Music School in Almaty and continued her studies at the Academic Music College at the Moscow State Conservatory. In 2012 she graduated from the Moscow State Conservatory after Peter Tchaikowsky, the class of Professor Ksenia Knorre. At the present time Rabiga engaged with Benjamin Frith in Royal Northern College of Music, England. Rabiga took part in such competitions as the 5th Bosendorfer USASU International piano competition in Arizona (semifinalist), Hamamatsu International Piano Competition in Japan, Open Competition for young musicians in Novosibirsk, Russia (Diploma), 3rd International Music Competition in Kazakhstan (3rd Prize), Republic Music Colleges Competition in Almaty, Kazakhstan (2nd Prize), International Rachmaninov-Piano-Competition in Germany (5th Prize), 3rd International Piano Competition in Almaty, Kazakhstan (1st Prize). During her artistic career she has toured cities in Russia, Kazakhstan, Germany, The USA,  Japan, England.

She often performs with the Kazakh Philharmonic Orchestra. In 2011 she participated in the festival which was held in Almaty and Astana devoted to the Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan. She participated in many master classes with such renowned musicians as Nina Seregina, Andrey Diev, Nelson Georner, Barry Snyder, Jan-Efflam Bavouzet, Ilana Vered.

In 2012 she won a scholarship to study at the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester, England and also received Reggie and Ann Dennis Award.
