Can I be told when an item comes back into stock?
Where available, you can send us your details for any product that is not currently in stock so that we can contact you when stock becomes available. This doesn't create an order, and you're under no obligation to buy.
Yes, providing you have registered and are logged into your account. When viewing a previous order (from the 'Your Account' page), there's an option to recreate each line of the order into the website's basket. You can amend and update the basket, as normal.
I have added items to my basket but it is still empty. What am I doing wrong?

Yamaha Music London and the WEEE Directive
If you own a musical instrument or associated product with this symbol attached, it is covered by the WEEE (Waste Electronic and Electrical Equipment) Directive.
The retailer who sold you this product, and the manufacturer who made and distributed the goods have a responsibility to contribute towards treatment and recycling of all product carrying this symbol once it becomes no longer wanted, or life-expired.
Yamaha Music London, as a retailer of Musical Instruments, is responsible under category 4 (Electronic and Electrical Equipment – EEE) to contribute to the existing network of Designated Collection Facilities (DCF), enabling customers to dispose of their WEEE products free of any charge, so these products can be recycled and dealt with by ecologically friendly methods. To make this contribution, Yamaha Music London has joined the Government approved Distributor Take-Back Scheme (DTS), maintained by Valpak.
Our commitment under the DTS scheme enables us to ask you, the consumer, to dispose of your unwanted musical instrument which falls into category 4 via a DCF site administered by Valpak in your local area. These facilities became fully operation from July 1st 2007.
Correct disposal and recycling are absolutely vital to preserve the planet’s resources and maintain the health of those who live there. All WEEE product can accelerate environmental decline if not treated by the correct methods, so Yamaha Music London ask you, the consumer, to consider the above facts and ensure all WEEE you volunteer for recycling is taken to designated local centres which operate licensed WEEE compliance schemes.
You can find the nearest depot to your home by clicking on the link below, and entering your postcode:

Of course, if the instrument you own could be repaired and re-used, and you do not wish to dispose of it, then other methods exist of pro-longing the instruments lifespan, for instance by donating it to a charitable organisation.
Thank you for your consideration of this important matter.
