For years, musical instrument exhibitions have taken place where manufacturers would show off their latest and greatest instruments and equipment to dealers and the wider music industry.
But they were always behind closed doors; bizarrely, if you were a normal musician - amatuer, semi-pro or professional - you weren't invited, instead having to wait for new gear to appear at your local dealer or follow the news on the internet.
Last year, the London International Music Show (LIMS) at London's ExCeL centre changed all that with a hugely successful show for both the music industry and the general public.
With top artists performing and the world's finest instruments on display all in one place, LIMS immediately established itself as a major event for musicians everywhere in the UK.
The show returns again this year (12th-14th June 2009) at ExCeL. Along with some of the biggest and most coveted musical instrument brands, we'll be there with an incredible selection of Yamaha's best guitar instruments available for you to try and buy.
