Yamaha Baritone Saxophones

Made famous recently as the instrument played the cartoon character Lisa Simpson, the baritone saxophone has had a long and illustrious history dating back to the invention of the saxophone family in 1846 Belgium by Adolphe Sax.  This instrument features strongly in concert and jazz bands and has occasionally even been employed by classical composers such as Richard Strauss and Béla Bartók.
