The bassist may not always get the attention enjoyed by the lead guitarist or drummer, but the electric bass is a critical part of modern music - and the bassist has the ability to completely transform the feel of a song.

Our BB 234 model is the perfect beginner bass guitar. We've used custom ceramic pickups which, combined with the solid tonewood body, create a deep, rich tone which can span the gamut of modern musical styles for you to explore. You'll be able to shape the tone as well - not only through the amp settings, but by using the independent level controls for the two pickup regions.

We've made sure the neck is shaped to make it quick and easy to move across as you play and we've given the BB 234 classic looks - so it's at home in any band.

We've paired the BB 234 with a Hartke bass amp - the choice of bass guitar legend Billy Sheehan - which provides substantial volume and depth whilst keeping a modest footprint.
