Ramrods BodRod has been designed to give the traditional Bodhran player an alternative to the solid wood “tipper”. Built to the same high standards as all Ramrods percussion rods, the BodRod features a generous rounded bevel to inspire creative playing from both beginners and experienced players. A perfectly balanced, low-volume Ramrods version of a traditional bodhran beater, to create softer tones.
Ramrods BodRod percussion rods are handmade in the UK by drummers for drummers. Using only premium components, their artisan makers craft Ramrods BodRod percussion rods on their farm in beautiful rural Warwickshire.
