Join us as we kick-off the Yamaha Hoedown Competition to discover the best Country solo artist duo or band across England and Scotland. We've been inundated with entries - find out which artists and bands made it through to Heat 1 and hear them perform at the Yamaha Music London store on legendary Wardour Street!
So that no act has an advantage due to the instruments they own, each artist or band will arrive empty handed and get to choose instruments to play on the night from the huge selection instore.
The stakes are high - whoever wins the heat plays the Yamaha Hoedown final - and the winner of the final goes on to play at the Country To Country 2017 Festival at The O2! And, with each act performing one Country cover and one of their own original songs, the Yamaha Hoedown promises to be a night of great music.
