Home Installation Service for Digital & Hybrid Pianos

When you purchase an acoustic, hybrid or selected digital piano, as well as ensuring it arrives with you safely, we can make sure it's ready to be played. 

Acoustic upright and grand pianos are generally delivered by our specialist piano movers to the room of your choice (assuming no problems with access and lifts). Whilst all acoustic pianos need time to settle into their new surroundings (we arrange for your piano to be tuned a few weeks after delivery), upright pianos will usually be otherwise ready to play, once in position. Grand pianos need some assembly which is carried out by the specialist team.

Clavinova, AvantGrand and YDP Series digital pianos also require some assembly. When you choose our Home Assembly Service*, our specialist delivery team will:

• Deliver the digital or hybrid piano to the room of your choice (subject to suitability; charges may apply for steps and flights of stairs - we'll ask you for details during the checkout process)
• Unpack and assemble the digital or hybrid piano
• Power up and demonstrate that the digital or hybrid piano is ready to be used (a mains power socket will need to be in close proximity)
• Remove any boxes and packaging used to safely deliver the piano
