You may cancel a website or telephone order up to 14 days after the day of delivery for orders of physical items, and up to 14 days from the point of order for digital content (e.g. digital sheet music) as long as you've not yet downloaded or received that content. You must inform Yamaha Music London in writing using either this online contact form, or by downloading, completing and returning a paper form (click here). After we receive the cancellation notification, we will issue you with a Returns Reference; please include this reference when returning the item(s). The item(s) should be returned within 14 days of Yamaha Music London receiving the cancellation notification. Assuming the returned items are in an acceptable condition (e.g. as new, unopened) a refund for both the item and (if applicable) the initial delivery charge will be made to the payment card*, less any charges for collection or other deductions applicable.
