Questions & Answers

Ask a Question:

Answer

Hi Mark, thanks for getting in touch. The CX40 Mk I and Mk II are very similar; the Mk II uses meranti for the back and sides tonewood (the original used mahogany). Meranti offers greater durability whilst still offering an excellent tone.
