Formerly known as the F-412, this USA-made* jumbo 12-string acoustic guitar has been a cornerstone of the Guild lineup since the late 1960s. Built with a tight-grained solid Sitka spruce top and an arched flamed maple back with maple sides, this premium acoustic guitar delivers bright, focused trebles, a clear and articulate midrange, and a controlled low end. Crafted using Guild’s traditional arch press—used since 1985—the F-512 Maple produces a distinctive, harp-like tone with excellent note separation and balance.
Braced with scalloped Adirondack spruce, this professional 12-string acoustic guitar enhances resonance, sustain, and dynamic response, producing the shimmering highs and rich chorus effect that define the classic Guild 12-string sound.
