The Córdoba Abasi® Stage 7 Ziricote is a high-performance solid body nylon string electric guitar, combining Córdoba’s Stage platform with the innovative Abasi Concepts Larada ergonomic design. Built for modern players, this 7-string multiscale guitar delivers advanced playability, comfort, and tonal flexibility for stage and studio use. Featuring a chambered solid mahogany body with a solid spruce top and an exotic ziricote veneer, this nylon string electric guitar produces a rich, articulate tone with strong projection and dynamic response. The multiscale design with fanned frets enhances string tension balance, intonation, and overall feel, making it ideal for progressive and technical playing styles. The mahogany set neck features a slim flat C profile, paired with a rosewood fingerboard and compound 16"–24" radius for fast, precise playability across all registers. Features
Abasi Stage 7 guitars feature extensively chambered mahogany bodies fitted with custom internal bracing that increases resonance and low-end response. They also sport Córdoba’s Exotic Top design, in which an ultra-thin premium exotic wood veneer is applied to a solid spruce top, providing the ideal balance of tone and beauty.
Additional features include an oval sound hole on the side of the instrument, a mahogany flat C-Shape set neck with a rosewood fingerboard, black top purfling, a Fusion Fan headstock with a rosewood overlay and inlaid Córdoba and Abasi logos, a rosewood bridge with a bone saddle, and a bone nut.
All Abasi Stage 7 guitars boast the Córdoba Stage Pickup System that was co-developed with Fishman®. Combining an under-saddle transducer with internal body sensors, it produces an authentic nylon-string tone with exceptional balance while eliminating the “quack” typically associated with piezo pickups. A professional-quality preamp with side-mounted Volume, EQ, and Body Blend controls provides even more precise tone shaping.
